How to buy tickets for #WhatsNext experiences

MANILA, Philippines – #WhatsNext is Rappler’s newest program that aims to bring you tools, connections, and opportunities to figure out or pursue your passion. We’ve partnered with organizations from different sectors – marketing, social entrepreneurship, environmental conservation, and sports education just to name a few.

Then, we want to help you transform that into action through collaboration with and innovation. This is in Rappler’s DNA: we want to move communities and inspire courage.  

We kicked off this program with a series of hands-on workshops by Rappler in partnership with the Certified Digital Marketer Program (CDM): Make your passion count: Jump start your own business featuring Taxumo’s EJ Arboleda and Aurelia and Amelia’s Katrina Manalo and Beyond Profits: Making meaningful movements with The Circle Hostel’s Raf Dioniso and TACLOB’s Jourdan Sebastian.

On April 28, Rappler’s #WhatsNext program comes back to bring you a different kind of adventure in celebration of Earth Month. In partnership with Meaningful Travels PH, we are going to take you on an eco-tour to where the water for the 12 million people in Metro Manila comes from — the Ipo Dam Facility in Norzagaray, Bulacan.

Meaning Travels PH advocates social tourism through trips that blend community immersions and travel. For this event, participants will get to bond with the Sapang Munti community — the local village that resides beside the dam.

Here’s how you can purchase tickets for this upcoming #WhatsNext event:

I. Bank Deposit

You can deposit ticket payments through BPI, Security Bank, or UnionBank.

Once deposit is made, please e-mail your deposit slip to whatsnext@rappler.com together with the following details:

• Complete name of attendees
• Company or school organizations
• Contact information (email address, mobile number, and landline number)
• If student, attach valid school ID
• If senior citizen or PWD, attach senior citizen and/or PWD card

Rappler will reply with confirmation of deposit and will send an Eventbrite ticket.

II. Eventbrite

1. Visit #WhatsNext Eventbrite page here.
2. Select the number of tickets you want to purchase.
3. Use your credit card, debit card or Paypal account to pay for the ticket(s).
4. After confirmation, you will receive an email with your Eventbrite ticket(s). Download and save this file.
5. On the day of the workshop, simply show your e-ticket at the registration area.
