MANILA, Philippines – Singer Angeline Quinto has filed a police blotter before the Anti-Cybercrime Group over threats made against her online.

Angeline filed the report on May 4, Friday, according to a tweet from ABS-CBN. The singer, in her report, singled out Twitter users who had apparently made threats against her and her family.

Over the weekend, the singer was the focus on attacks online after rumors spread that she allegedly “mocked” fellow singer Sarah Geronimo who had a very public emotional breakdown during a Las Vegas concert.

Angeline has denied the rumors but this hasn’t stopped Sarah’s fans from attacking her. Sarah has already reportedly apologized to Angeline for the bashing she’s been getting.

Sarah, who is on tour in the United States, became very emotional on stage during her Las Vegas leg. Speaking to the concert audience, Sarah admitted she felt “empty” and admitted it was hard to be “perfect” before the public. – Rappler.com
