WATCH: Obama reads a mean tweet from Donald Trump

MANILA, Philippines – With the US presidential election season in full swing, president Barack Obama has returned to Jimmy Kimmel Live! to read out some mean tweets again.

In the episode, aired on Monday, October 24 in the US, Obama read out and reacted to awful tweets on the Internet about his presidency – including one from controversial Republican candidate Donald Trump.

President Obama will go down as perhaps the worst president in the history of the United States! — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 2, 2016

"Well, @realDonaldTrump, at least I will go down as a president," said Obama. Trump's opponent Hillary Clinton is leading in the current polls.

"Bro... do you even lift?!" another user asked, to which Obama calmly replied, "Well, I lifted the ban on Cuban cigars, that's worth something."

On October 14, the White House announced that they would lift the $100 limit on Cuban cigars and alcohol that are brought back to the US.
