MANILA, Philippines – Dressed as Jack Sparrow, Johnny Depp took time off from filming the fifth installment of Disney's Pirates of the Carribean franchise to visit Lady Cilento Children's Hospital in Brisbane, Australia.

With him was actor Stephen Graham as Scrum, Jack Sparrow's loyal admirer.

According to the Children's Hospital Foundation, which helped coordinate the event, the actors arrived on the hospital's rooftop by helicopter. Captain Jack and Scrum spent over 3 hours with the children and their families.

Johnny and Stephen are in Austrailia filming Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales on the Gold Coast, according to Time Magazine.

This wasn't the first time that Johnny visited a children's hospital. He previously told E! News that he kept his Pirates of the Caribbean costume with him at all times, expressly for this purpose. – Rappler.com
