Uprising Collective is putting the “rap” in Rappler as they perform ahead of the “All of the Noise” music festival, running from November 24 to 25 at the Century City Mall in Makati.
Uprising was founded in 2013 by FlipTop Battle League’s Anygma and Juss Rye of SVC and Music Colony.
The group is made up of hiphop artists from Filipino communities all over the country and beyond – from GenSan, to Dipolog, to Dubai. The artists on the roster include Tatz Maven, Kregga, Tweng, Icebergg, Hero, Dhictah, KMG, Kensa, Juss Rye, Arthug, DJ Anstdru, and Batas.
They are gearing up for the next two releases: CDO native Kregga’s debut album, Karo’Mata Epe, and the collaborative album between Dubai-bbased Dhictah and Legazpi producer KMG, Lalim at Karimlan.
