EDSA Shangri-La’s HEAT, Summer Palace reopen for dine-in

Two of EDSA Shangri-La Hotel’s main restaurants, HEAT and Summer Palace, started welcoming dine-in guests again on September 10.

HEAT, a well-known international hotel buffet in Metro Manila, is still not open for buffet dining, but they are open for ala carte dine-in orders from 8 am to 8 pm daily. However, walk-in guests aren’t allowed, so booking a reservation prior to your visit is required.

EDSA Shangri-La’s 28-year-old Cantonese dining restaurant Summer Palace has also reopened their doors for ala carte orders. They’re now open from Wednesdays to Sundays, 11 am to 8 pm.

Both restaurants (which are operating on a limited capacity) have standard health protocols in place, such as mandatory temperature checks, hand sanitizing, and shoe baths upon entry. Social distancing between guests at the table will be enforced, and an envelope will be provided to store your face mask while eating. Contactless payment is also encouraged.
