One of Metro Manila’s most iconic hotels, The Peninsula Manila, celebrated its 44th anniversary on Monday, September 14 by kicking off a special curated menu for guests to enjoy until the end of September.

According to a Facebook post, The Peninsula’s menu is filled with “nostalgia-laden signature Peninsula dishes” curated by the Makati City hotel’s food and beverage team. All dishes and desserts will be available for takeout and delivery from The Peninsula Boutique in the meantime.

The Lobby of The Peninsula is serving the following dishes from different cuisines at P444 each.

• Caprese salad
• Caesar salad
• Pea-ham soup
• Wonton noodle soup
• Peninsula U.S. beef burger
• Oven baked lasagna
• Asado pork belly bao
• Kimchi fried rice
• Grilled schublig sausage
• Pan-roasted Norwegian salmon
• Mushroom risotto
• Chicken and pork adobo
• Chicken arroz caldo
• Pancit canton
• Bistek Tagalog
• Pancit luglug
• Som Tam kan
• Chicken satay
• Tord muk goong
• Tom yum goong
• Tom kha gai
• Nasi goreng
• Pad thai noodles
• Green chicken curry
• Murgh makhani
• Salmon fillet tikka masala

The Peninsula also has some fancier options on the menu:

For P1,976, you can also get the following dishes that are good for two-three persons, with your choice of side dish: either cauliflower gratin, lobster mac and cheese, corn off the cob, ratatouille, or truffle mashed potato:

The bakery is open, too, selling muffins, ensaymada, big cookies, cinnamon buns, and donuts for P44 each.

For P197.60 you can also get The Peninsula’s French pastries, such as eclairs, strawberry tartlet, mango cheesecake, vanilla mille-feuille, coconut calamansi bars, banana bread, chocolate truffles, and breads.

Whole cakes are also available at P1,876 each, in truffle chocolate, cashew sans rival, New York cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, and in small sizes for P444.
