Bangued is a 1st-class municipality in the Philippines. It is the provincial capital of Abra in the Cordillera Administrative Region, located in Luzon.

It has a population of 50,382 as of the 2020 Census, and a land area of 136.40 square kilometers. It consists of 31 barangays.

In the 2022 elections, the municipality had 34,570 registered voters.
