Vigan City is a 4th-class component city in the Philippines. It is the provincial capital of Ilocos Sur in the Ilocos Region, located in Luzon.

Vigan City has a population of 53,935 as of the 2020 Census, and a land area of 25.12 square kilometers. It consists of 39 barangays.

In the 2022 elections, the city had 34,083 registered voters.
