Provincial capital of Agusan del Sur

Prosperidad is a 1st-class municipality in the Philippines. It is the provincial capital of Agusan del Sur in Caraga, located in Mindanao.

It has a population of 88,321 as of the 2020 Census, and a land area of 505.15 square kilometers. It consists of 32 barangays.

In the 2022 elections, the municipality had 50,249 registered voters.
