Gameplan: Sluggish no more

MANILA, Philippines- George Go, a crossfit enthusiast, talks about his Gameplan and why he got into Crossfit. 

“ A good friend of mine actually showed me a video of a bunch of people doing some weird stuff, pulling up some weights, with great intensity, and I was like, what are these people doing? A year and a half later, look at me right now, I Crossfit probably 3-5 times a week. I tried it out, and that’s how I got into it… It’s probably the best workout I’ve been on. “ says George.
