VIP tickets to UFC Fight Night Manila sold out

MANILA, Philippines – VIP tickets to the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s first live event in the country on May 16 at the 20,000-seater SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila are now sold out.

According to SM Tickets’ website, all P13,250-worth seats near the famed UFC Octagon are all taken only after three days of ticket selling.

Meanwhile, there are remaining four parts at the patron area that can still be availed by the public for the price of P10,600.

Seats from Lower Box A to General Admission sections are expected to gain more sales in the coming days, charged at P7,950 for Lower Box A, P5,830 for Lower Box B, P3,710 for Upper Box and P1,590 for General Admission.

Tickets to UFC’s maiden trip to the fight capital of the Southeast Asian region numbered as “Fight Night 66” went on sale on Friday, March 13.

Five Filipino fighters have been booked by the world’s premier mixed martial arts organization to compete on the same fight card.

Mark Eddiva battles Alex White in a featherweight match-up, while his teammateRoldan Sangcha-an aims to claim his first UFC triumph by squaring off with Guamanian flyweight Jon delos Reyes.

Meanwhile, Fil-Am standouts Phillipe Nover and Nolan Ticman are also slated to have their respective homecoming fights.

On the other hand, Mark Muñoz was recently added to UFC Fight Night 66 and stressed that he is ready to hang up his gloves for good regardless of the outcome of his bout against English middleweight Luke Barnatt. – Rappler.com
