Apple is slated to have its Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) keynote on Tuesday, June 11, at 1 am (1 pm, US Eastern time).
Expected to be seen at the WWDC keynote are a host of AI features meant for its upcoming iOS update, alongside Siri improvements and possibly some non-AI-related updates.

‘Effort Rating’ and at-a-glance metrics viewing on WatchOS 11

WatchOS 11’s biggest update is a new algorithm that calculates “effort rating” which is then used to gauge your “training load” to see whether you’re doing average or above average.
Apple’s new Vitals app for WatchOS lets users check their important health metrics at a glance.
You can now easily schedule messages on iOS 18, making the process easier than having to make a Shortcuts automation for it.
Aside from Message Scheduling, there are also Tapbacks, Message Formatting, and new text effects for your messages. Messages and SMS can also be sent via Satellite.
Photos now works on a single grid. The library is at the bottom, and will allow for a filtering system to find photos by type. These can also filter out screenshots.
A new space below the grid can also create “Collections.” These can be specific to people, or to other delineating topics, such as specific days.
Apple starts WWDC 2024 announcing the new VisionOS 2 for its Vision Pro headset. It will have improved spatial photos, new gesture controls, and support for bigger virtual screens.
Canon, meanwhile, will have a new lens for making spatial video.
